Venkatesh and Tabu to recreate Coolie No. 1 Magic On Screen?

Victory Venkatesh and sizzling beauty Tabu created magic on screen with Coolie No. 1. Now, the couple is going to recreate Coolie No.1 magic on screen.

If the sources are to be believed, Victory Venkatesh is set to star in the Telugu remake of Ajay Devgn’s De De Pyaar De. The makers of this film are considering Tabu and Rakul Preet as the female leads.

Hit rom-com De De Pyar De was directed by Akiv Ali and Ajay Devgn played a 50-year-old man who falls in love with a woman young enough to be his daughter. In the Telugu remake, Venkatesh will not only play Devgn’s part, his father’s production banner Suresh Films will produce the remake.

Tabu may reprise her role of Devgn’s sensible, dignified wife in De De Pyar De.

A source close to Venkatesh’s family says, “Let’s see if she agrees. Tabu is close to Nagarjuna and his brother-in-law Venkatesh. They are keen to have her on board because they cannot see anyone else in that role. Also Tabu speaks Telugu fluently  and this would be her return to Telugu cinema.”
